Guest Policy

  • Each member may host up to two guests per visit.
  • The name and details of each guest must be submitted to the Club administration in advance of the visit.
  • A guest may visit no more than twice per year; thereafter, an invitation to apply for membership might be extended.
  • Guests may arrive before their host but must wait until the member is present.
  • Members must remain with their guests at all times; when a member departs, their guests are expected to leave with them.
  • Minimum age for guests is 21 years, except for family programs.
  • Spouses and partners are welcome only during designated programs and open club days.
  • Children may attend family gatherings and heritage education programs curated by VNTR House.

Dress Code

VNTR House maintains a standard of elevated elegance. Smart attire is expected at all times; sportswear, overly casual clothing, and inappropriate footwear are not permitted.
Evening programs may carry specific dress code requirements, which will be communicated in advance.

Photography Policy

– In areas marked as no photo zones, photography is strictly prohibited.
– Events may or may not permit photography; members will be notified in advance and must respect the guidance provided.
– When permitted, photography must remain discreet.
– Geolocation tagging is not allowed.
– The names or identities of other members must never be mentioned or shared on social media without their explicit consent, unless VNTR House itself has published this information. – Approved official images may be shared when provided by VNTR House.

Pets / Service Animals

Animals are permitted only with prior approval from the Club administration.
Small dogs must be carried at all times and may not be placed on furniture.
Members with service animals must file documentation with the club team prior to their visit.

Privacy Policy

Respect for privacy is a cornerstone of VNTR House.
– Members and guests must not disclose or discuss anything they observe within VNTR House.
– Confidentiality applies both inside and outside the Club, and extends to names, conversations, and activities.

Use of Phones

– Phone calls are not permitted in lounge areas.
– For private conversations, members should consult the administration; dedicated rooms or quiet areas will be made available at the time of need.

Discretion and Governance

VNTR House retains full discretion to interpret, modify, or enforce these policies as required to maintain the integrity, privacy, and spirit of the Club’s Quiet Ethic. Ongoing participation constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.

Violations of the VNTR House rules may result in suspension of membership without refund, as outlined in the Code of Ethics.
