Fine Dining. One Theme.
About the concept
The Table is a private dinner built around One theme and One voice.

Each evening is guided by a Maître de la Table — someone we invite very intentionally, to shape the conversation in a way that feels natural and worth being part of.

Around the table is a small, carefully put-together group of people for whom the topic genuinely matters.

The conversation unfolds over dinner — unhurried, thoughtful, and off the record. Ideas are explored properly, perspectives meet, and the room holds a certain honesty you don’t often get elsewhere.

Each seat is there for a reason.
And the evening tends to find its own direction as it goes.

More often than not, something stays with you after — a shift in how you see something, or a conversation you’ll want to continue.
Cláudio Martins, founder of MWA Consultancy, operates at the intersection of fine wine, investment, and strategic advisory. His work moves quietly between private cellars, estates, and conversations rarely made public — shaping collections, perspectives, and long-term narratives around wine. Deliberately selective in his engagements, he is known for a discreet presence and an uncommon level of access to producers and decision-makers. Those who work with him value not only what he knows, but what he chooses not to say.

Cláudio approaches wine not as a product, but as a layered cultural and financial instrument — one that reveals its true meaning only over time, context, and the right company.
Maître de la Table
At the VNTR Club, we often gather around ideas. This time, we gather around wine, not simply as a drink, but as a system of thought, culture, and value. In collaboration with MWA Consultancy & Claudio Martins, this private dinner invites a small group of members to explore wine across multiple dimensions:
As a heritage.
As a product of consumption.
As an investment.
As a lifestyle.
As a gateway to place and experience.

The evening will unfold in two movements.
We begin with a conversational introduction, a reflection on Portuguese wine today, its global positioning, and the emerging intersections between culture, capital, and territory.
We then move into a seated dinner, where a curated selection of wines from Pico (Azores), Dão, Douro and Alentejo will accompany a multi-course menu designed around them.

This is not a tasting. Nor a presentation. It is a table designed for perspective, dialogue, and discovery.
